Floor care such as strip and wax or deep scrubbing is scheduled periodically on top of that. We recommend a frequency during the walkthrough based on how your facility is actually used.
Janitorial service is the recurring, scheduled upkeep of a building: trash, restrooms, vacuuming, dusting and surface cleaning. Commercial cleaning is the broader category and also includes periodic and specialty work such as floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning and deep cleaning.
